We had a home in Pleasanton that we need to sell fairly quickly. Within days, she had the home checked out and names of people who could come in and do minor repairs and updates to get the home ready for sell. We interviewed other vendors and ended up going with everyone she recommended and they did a great job! The home was empty so Jill brought in a few staging items and conducted a weekend of Open Houses. That weekend we received multiple offers and she helped us through the selection process.
